The Shepherd’s Old School Tale

Amidst The Abandoned Church the shepherd arrived,

Rubbed his eyes and glanced with surprise,

Which is this new place where he was,

Another day , another unwanted cause.

He wanted to sleep,

Under the cold and vapour-turbaned steep,

But his sheep’s urged him to move,

And keep in the paths of the sacred groove.

He used to Travel and trade his sheeps,

To various merchants and take long leaps.

One day he reached an old County,

Which he got as an unexpected bounty.

He knocked at a door,

Where pressure enlightened evermore,

A young girl showed up,

Holding the world in a grassy cup.

The shepherd’s appearance confused her,

Wintery silence folded the fleecy blur.

Neither he nor her could speak anything,

Both there eyes blossomed as It does in a spring.

A merchant of Venice came out,

Glancing and having a deep scout.

“What do you want”, the merchant…
