How to catch the monster in 5 steps.

Artbeats

Take a deep breath and concentrate on the following:

1. Is it time?

2. Is it me?

3. Is it them?

4. Is it that?

5. AmI even here?

“Huh?! What was that? What a waste of time, this article.”

(everyone, first impression, 2017)

This is probably what you are telling yourself right now. However, you have probably caught the monster.

Don’t be scared to ask yourself those questions. No one knows you better than yourself.

Have a great day and stay motivated!

The 392nd – The Highest Degree of Bombs on Target.

Aviation Trails

In the northern reaches of Norfolk lies an airfield that was the most northerly American base of the Second World War in East Anglia. Of all its crews that flew on the first mission, only four were still around to fly on the 200th a year or so later. This airfield was home to only one operational flying group, a group that was cited for its incredible bombing accuracy over occupied Europe. Here’s what you can do to ensure your answer is a resounding yes.

Become a Lean Organization

Lean organizations are efficient, not stingy. Efficient businesses spend money on assets that help to boost the bottom line, worker satisfaction, and the company’s good image. If a purchase benefits none of these three factors, then…

What are Control Towers for?

You could not get enough of my blogs, right? Because today we had our final presentations for one of the most work and time intensive projects of my study and I just needed to share some more information about it with you. It is a collaboration between my university of applied sciences and the multinational Samsung. In specific we were looking at their supply chain for the TV business, while mostly focussing on their expected sales growth, but also on the introduction of two new TV models. Obviously I cannot provide you with more or detailed information and figures, as they have a high degree of confidentiality.

Nevertheless, I want to talk about the results, our findings and recommendations, which were developed by – in total – six groups of students. Each group looking at the entire end-to-end supply chain, but mainly focussing on one of the predefined areas. Those…
