That’s a great story warren, but there aren’t enough dragons.

White Padded Room

I was having a discussion yesterday with a couple of anarchists and one of them spontaneously said this.  I asked him if I could quote him, but he hasn’t gotten back to me.  Let’s hope he doesn’t sue me or whatever someone does when you steal their stuff.  There are all sorts of anarchists.  I’m just the anarchist anarchist.  Basic disaster type.

I thought that a story without dragons and instead one with Kelto hovering in mid air in front of some half dead plants might work better for this blog.

keltofallfashion

I promised that I would post updates of Kelto (as seen in the blog entitled “I don’t know what I’m doing”).  Unfortunately my dad is on holiday and I don’t have any of his clothes for Kelto to wear.

I KNOW you are asking yourself – how does she do this?  Make her strangled looking, fall fasion wearing bear…

Vattendroppens väg – raindrop is falling

Annas Art - FärgaregårdsAnna

I read a text about how water droplets falling and got the inspiration for this black and white drawing. The drop begins its journey at the top of the roof and takes down the tiles and heaves over the gutter edge plants in its form and continues with the wind playing down to the ground where it bursts out many more droplets where the air then resumes the water to start the whole trip.

In a sense that when we go conducted skis. We go down the hill, take the lift up to go down again.

LOVE YOUR LIFE

The Happy Book

Many of us are unhappy in their lives. We believe that if only we earn more money ,were thinner ,were married , had more friends, then we would be happy. What we fail to realise is that lasting happiness doesn’t come from anything outside of ourselves, nor does it happen for some but not others. IF YOU LOVE LIFE, LIFE WILL LOVE YOU BACK.

• Live in the present moment.

When you are living in the present. You are living where life is happening right now, not thinking about the past or stressing about the future events. You are in the here and now, which is really the only time that you have any control over your circumstances. The…

THOUGHTS ON THURSDAY – TRANSFORMING LIFE THROUGH ART

Haddon Musings

clarissa

“After learning Chilkat, I gained the art of patience, the way of gratitude, and the act of compassion. The universe opened its doors with a flood of information; the kind of information not definable, yet powerfully written in our Native art, in the ways of our people, and in our commune with nature.”

This is a quote from Clarissa Rizal who is a 2016 NEA National Heritage Fellow.  More about Clarissa tomorrow.

Something About Being At Home After Work

The Tony Burgess Blog

There are days that are harder than others. Tuesdays seem to be like that for me. Getting a handle on things on the job can wear you out. Getting home tonight felt really good and resting this evening has been great. Rest and relaxation are important because if you are going to make it the next day you need plenty of it. Renewal is important. I have a hard time relaxing so I need to intentionally chill out when I get home.
