This  is  the  Old  State  House  in  Dover,  Delaware.  It  was  where  the  state  lawmakers  met  before  Legislative  Hall  was  built.  It  also  housed  the  Delaware  State  Supreme  Court.  Considering  that  Delaware  is  the  oldest  state  in  the  nation,  it  is  also  the  first  lawmaker  meeting  place  in  the  nation.
