We survived Black Friday, we now have other stores for bargains. TJMax and Marshalls on Central Avenue in Westchester are famous.

If we wanted a bite there are coultless little resturaunts on the avenue that starst in lower Westchester and ends at the County Center.

The County Center in White Plains is the most visited building in Westchester. Events for all seasons, graduations, flea markets, seniors event, coin show, card show ect.

This is home for me. I tend to find some places amusing, some fun, some boring. 
The Pet Cemetery in Harsdale is most historic.  I was told that an elephant is buried there, but the person who told me that, has tendencies to recount tall stories.

I would like to talk to you all about the five things I’m most thankful for this year. That’s not to say these are the only five things I’m grateful for, but each of these has shaped and changed my life dramatically in the past twelve months or so, more than anything else. And for those shifts and evolution, I’m thankful.Drew.

Roasted eggplant fan

Cooking Without Limits

I made this recipe this fall with different type of cheese, each time. Could go very good without the cheese for the vegans or you can add some bacon if you like meat very much. I loved it with salty cheese and no bacon, and as you can see, the presentation makes you eat everything.

Ingredients:

• 1 big eggplant or 2 small eggplants
• 2-3 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 200 g cheese  (cheddar or salty cheese)
• salt and pepper
• olive oil

Directions:

Cut the tomatoes, cheese and onion in thin slices. Clean the eggplant and cut it in two. Each half cut it in thin slices. Keep the  stem so all the slices will stay together. Put some salt on it and leave it to get soft a little bit.

Stuff eggplant slices with tomato, cheese and onion. Press the eggplant slightly with the palm of your hand to form a fan. At…
