e.l.f. Blush Palette (Dark) Review + Swatches

Online Beauty Finds

e.l.f. Blush Palette Dark

Hello again!

I love using these darker blush shades during autumn and winter. They can be sheered out or built up to look great on all skin tones! There is a “Light” palette as well, this review is on the “Dark” palette.

e.l.f. Blush Palette Dark

I really like the packaging because it holds a huge, clear mirror inside and is fairly sturdy. The blushes can pop out of the palette, so if you have other palettes from e.l.f. (contour, illuminating, etc.) you can switch the colors up. The blushes move around a bit when shaken but they do not fall out of the palette unless you push them out.

These are very pigmented and therefore it is better to use a stipple or fluffy loose brush and tap off the excess quite a bit before applying, you can then built it up to the intensity you like. If you do put on too…

Best Of 2015 (4/20): Soleil Tan De Chanel + Tarte Holidaze (The Buffer) Airbrush Finish Foundation Brush

beatfacefridayy

Hello all! I made a post a few weeks back on the Tarte Holidaze Brush Set. Before I go on any further you can click here if you initially came to visit via search bar for the entire brush set review. What I am specifically talking about is the fourth product(s) that made my Best Of 2015: reconnecting with my Soleil Tan De Chanel due to the Tarte Holidaze Buffer Airbrush Finish Foundation Brush. This is the only brush I know of in the Holidaze brush set that is sold individually. There is a swatch using the above products shortly.

The Buffer Airbrush Finish foundation brush is one of my favorite brushes that came in this set. This is Tarte’s best-selling brush and I can see why. Paired with Chanel’s cream to powder bronzer – it is perfect. The brush is built with bristles that are short, round but…

Drugstore Haul | Reviews and First Impressions

Polished by Amy

Hi loves!

Today I wanted to share some of the goodies I just picked up from the drugstore. I haven’t had a good drugstore makeup haul in a long time so this is definitely overdue. Some of these products are repurchases and some are new buys that I’ve heard great things about. I’m sharing my first impressions and reviews as well; let’s get into it!

Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation

maybelline matte and poreless foundation

This foundation was a new buy and has intrigued me for a while now. I used to be a huge fan of the original Fit Me foundation, but it never seemed to last on my skin longer than 4 hours. This matte formula has gotten better reviews and I can now see why. I have combination/oily skin and this product gave me the most gorgeous demi matte finish on my skin. It lasted well throughout the day, so I…
