To be honest.. as a traveller you are usually on a low budget and cannot really afford expensive, fancy hotels (well at least in my case) 😀
But during my year abroad in the US I was lucky enough to get the chance to stay at a really fun place.
Luxor Hotel Las Vegas:
I really can recomment this hotel!
It is not only a hotel but also a casino!
But that’s not all! It also offers Restaurants, shopping stores, night clubs and magic shows!
The whole hotel is Egypt themed. The building is Pyramide shaped supplied with a laser and a pharao sculpture in front.
Inside there’s lots of Egyptian accessoirs and pictures.

As most of you are aware I am a big Jo Malone fan but when I stumbled across this little beauty I couldn’t resist but buy it. It is the The White Company ‘Wild Mint, Peppermint & White Tea’ Candle, Honestly, this smells INCREDIBLE. I am the worst person to try to describe smells but, it is so fresh. The subtle mint smell with the sweetness of the peppermint just works so well. Unfortunately when I got it home I realised I had bought one that was smashed annoyingly I don’t live near a White Company shop so I emailed and tweeted praying they would get back to me. Hello Foodies!
I have been craving shrimp tacos ALL week! On Cinco de Mayo I had fish tacos, but it didn’t satisfy my craving. Since I was off from work today, I decided that I was going to make them for dinner! My fiancé gets fish/shrimp tacos just about any place we go out to eat! So I made these tacos based off of what he usually get in his tacos and threw some ingredients together. Just because these are shrimp tacos does not mean they are fancy by any means. They take me less than 10 minutes to prepare. Who doesn’t love delicious, easy recipes after a long day? I know I do!

Many of you must be seeing many celebreties, bloggers or someone else who wants to be successful in their life moved to Los Angeles. When you see this city on the TV screen of yours or how some youtubers show their beautiful life in there, you must think it is the most imaging city it can be… Sorry to disappoint you but it is not. Many people come here and work so hard every day just to make for living and reach some goal and it is not mater of few days.
